As a kid there wasn't a day i didn't spend hanging around watching my mother making cakes and icing in our family run business, quickly becoming my pastime and my hobby.
At the tender age of 10, I got into the habit of helping my mother with mixing and decorating. Shortly at 14, I was able to design my own cakes which gave me more confidence and huge step forward. Eventually I started to work in our family run business and after my studies; I started attending school of cake making and followed a course in sugar craft to expand my skills in cake decorating.
Since I moved to London and I decided to continue my cake making. I have more than 30 years of experience in cake making. I will be doing birthday cakes, christening cakes, and other special occasions. All my cakes are handmade and freshly baked to order individually. Finally I would like to thank my mother and teacher for what I am today.
